Can't configure C-CM

I've added a Cruise-Control Module to my 2014 Ford Explorer (has Sync 3). When I try to configure the cruise-control module using the as-built method, I don't see all the configuration field I'm expecting. I'm expecting to see 764-01-01,764-02-01 through 74-02-04. However, I only see 764-01-01 and it has only 3 bytes that I can change. Has anyone ran into this error?
The C-CM is also throwing DTC's
U0158 - Lost communications with HUD (I don't have the HUD module installed yet)
U0401 - Invalid Data Received from ECM/PCM A
U418 - Invalid Data Received from Brake System Control Module A
U2101 - Control Module Configuration Incompatible
The IPC is also throwing a DTC when I have the C-CM module plugged in.
U405 - Invalid Data Received From Cruise Control Module
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pretty sure the IPC U0405 is from the CCM invalid configuration. What year/model did the CCM come from? Or do you have an engineering number? I am wanting to do the same mod, at this point I'm just missing the CCM pigtail and bracket. I have 3 or 4 CCM's, one was from a 2014 Explorer I know for sure.

I got my part from a 14 Taurus, but it should fit - DG1T-9G768-BA. I'm wondering if the C-CM shutsdown and won't allow configuration if it doesn't have communications with the HUD module as I didn't install that. I'm going to purchase that shortly and try it out.
Have you installed the HUD module yet? If you need help with wiring points, I can give you pictures of what I did. I ended up installing a new fuse in the box in the engine compartment for the C-CM to wire it like the factory.

I'd love that information and pictures if you have them! I know for sure 14 Explorer and 14 Taurus use different PN CCM's, but install the HUD and let me know how it goes

It's only three years later... but I was able to get this working and I actually didn't need any parts. Below are the changes I made, X's are locations I didn't change. I did confirm I had the HCU that supports ABS however. I never installed the HUD unit, so it's not necessary.
IPC
720-01-02: XXXX-XXX7-XCXX
BCM
726-46-01: 10XC-4XXX-XXXX
ABS
760-02-01: XXXX-XX7X-XXXX
C-CM
764-01-01: 0303 73

How did you figure out what values to change?
I have a taurus, and tried to copy the lines that the adaptive cruise cars have but apparently they were the wrong lines.
Did you change any other settings in the IPC or BCM? Forscan let me just add adaptive cruise in the ipc and bcm settings.

Managed to figure it out on my own.
The only asbuilt data you need to change is in the ABS module, change the last line to 0601 from 0001 (there will be a 0 where the 6 should be)
change the IPC to have adaptive enabled and change cruise control to adaptive.
Also go to the BCM and change cruise control to adaptive!
