Current workaround for payments has been discussed many times in the forum. $33 US will get you a 1 year licence. Cheap as chips.
Here's one instance that links back to another. There are also hundreds of posts in some of the Facebook groups where Ayham Kutit has provided licences.

Just got a FORScan Lite for Android licence (and forum invite code) from Ayham via email and PayPal. Took a couple of minutes!
