new to the forum nexiq usb link 2 help
Hello, new to the forum, i just downloaded paid forscan, i have a nexiq usb link 2, drivers are installed for the nexiq, I,m not able to connect to a 2014 ford e350 5.4 it gives me error "No adapter found, please check connection and try again"
forscan recognizes the usb link but i cant seem to connect and actually access the vehicle.
it being a really high dollar communicator, makes no sense in my head that it wouldn't work, perhaps i need to change the settings?

thats $30 dollar interface looks disposable, 0 chance it would work better, faster or more stable than the $800 nexiq

Ah well ... Why post here ?? You seem to know it all !! ?? ...

I know for a fact ... That the "Cheap Unit" works !!
Your $800 nexiq don't !! ...
I know what I would use.

Re: new to the forum nexiq usb link 2 help
I use a USB Link 2 in bluetooth mode for a lot of scanning, service functions, and programming. The only thing I've found is that it doesn't support FEPs programming, but otherwise it's my go to adapter mainly just because it's my only wireless adapter at the moment.
