Keyless entry-How to turn ignition on?

Hi
I have a 2016 focus with all keys lost.

When I try to connect Forscan , Forscan screen says "unable to connect to vehicle. please make sure ignition is on and try again"

How do I turn ignition on ?
I tried add an earth wire and switch to ignition relay 15 on pull relay in, But this did not work.
I will need to be able to turn ignition on and off to read DTC. Also I cant get to program fob because it also ask for you to turn ignition on.

Does any body know how to turn ignition on of keyless with out keyfob.

Turn the hazard warning lights on

I tried turning hazards light on but it still did not work.

Just opening the door on keyless fires the dash and the head unit , this in turn should fire the bcm, as should the hazards

Go into pats and add keys , but you need to communicate with the vehicle

Tried -I tried turning hazards light on but it still did not work.
I then check all fused again/ found 60 amp at battery was blown / I replaced it.
Still getting message - Cant connect to vehicle , turn ignition on and try again.
I have managed to connect to car by putting wire and switch to pull in ignition relay 15.

I think that some of the procedure are not running because computer wont run them as "ignition on" is requested to run the procedures in forscan.

I put in another Bmc and pcm .
PCM configure wont run . I think this may be due to "ignition not on."
I think the RFA program not running on forscan as "ignition is not on"

You need to connect to vehicle with stored profile,go to PATS programming under RFA service procedure chose key programming.
