Connectivity Settings to enable Ford Pass

Hello: I have a 2020 Ford Interceptor utility that I want to connect to Ford pass (remote start). In the screen settings, you need to check off "vehicle connectivity." As is, I can't check it off, so obviously I need to change something in ForScan but what? I see some networking I can enable but not sure which one if any would work.

I dont think any of them came with a TCU & all the fleet sales are not on that program
