Ford Ka 2014 - Not possible ?

Hi,

i didn´t find anything , but is it normal that Forscan can´t connect to a Ford Ka from 2014 ?

Is a 1,2 Duratec Engine.

Universal Diag (Launch) connects fine.

Is this a Fiat in a Ford Badge ??

Hey Chris, yes indeed the ford ka is actually a fiat panda in disguise. Ive never connected to a ka myself with forscan so can't tell you any more I'm afraid.

Oh thats a pitty - because this Car has a Problem where it should be fixed with new Software (2 TSBs).
So i hoped it could be done with Forscan, but i think not this day
Made a apointment at the local Ford Dealer , they said they can Update it....
Does anyone know if they really use some Fiat Diagnostics Tool at the Ford Dealer when dealing with these Cars ?
The Dealer didn´t want to share any more Info with me on this matter, so the get the Job
