Service procedure has been interrupted

Post by Whiskachio »

I purchased 1 year license and activated it on the latest Forscan v2.3.65. My laptop is running on Windows 11.
I'm using Vgate vLinker FD+ BT 4.0. and managed to read and erase all erros so that check engine is gone. However when it comes to make some bigger changes it always ends up with 'Service procedure has been interrupted'. Can I please have any tips how can i solve it?

Make sure battery voltage is above 12v when programming. Check the downloads section of the Vgatemall website for firmware updates for the adapter. If you have incorrect settings, procedures will fail. eg Baud rate should be set at 15.2Kbps & auto increase ticked.
If this doesn't work, post a screenshot of your settings....not a blurry photo or send debug data to Forscan support.
Details on how to contact FORScan & attaching debug data https://forscan.org/contactus.html

I already updated my vLinker before i started this thread. It's all set like you said.

Seems like this is my case Sir.Image

I bought this car last november. It had 2018 all season tires almost entirely consumed. So I believe the battery is factory as well and perhaps it just begun to an end. However I had no issues so far during the whole winter time. I'm driving almost every day so it should be fine. Do you think that charging it with my Noco Genius 10 will solve it? Thank you for your response!
