Mondeo 1.6 tdci Program new injector

Hi all I know how to program my new diesel injector but please can anyone tell me once I program only one injector will forscan reset ALL pilot values????? on my 2012 Mondeo 1.6 tdci it’s the newer type engine hence having to drive up and down motorway like a clown for 4 hours. Thanks
