Beta 2.4.18 License Key problem

Dear Admins,

I just downloaded new version of Forscan Beta 2.4.18. But after installation, I am not able to enter license key to activate programm. I purchased extended license for 1 year on 28Aug2024. So license key still should be valid.

When I press load license key and open my license key file - restart request appears, but after restart nothing is happening - no error, license not activated and I can repeat it again.

FORScan support don't monitor all forum posts. Try uninstalling FORScan, reboot the laptop & reinstall.

Thank you for advise, but reinstallation of the programm didn't help. Then I tried to restore activation code. And now forscan is working. Don't know why before didn't.
