HELP Diagnosing Ford territory china

i try to diagnose ford territory[/b] china and it keep saying unable to identify the vehicle
forscan says : if PCM has a custom tune installed, please enter strategy/calibration name or part number of FACTORY PCM (EX. 5L3A-12A650-AYH)
I tried to insert PCM part number of the unit but it fails.. anyone done it before? help me thanks..

It's possible the vehicle isn't on the forscan system.
There is a way through the website to contact them to confirm whether it is or not.

Have you ensured that the vehicle has power supply on DLC pin 16 and good ground on DLC pins 4 and 5?
You may also want to try another scantool if possible just to confirm the vehicle has no communication problems.

Ford Territory CX743 (JAC) is still not on ForScan database. We'll have to wait until it becomes available. Sadly!

I would like to add additional 3 more blinks on the quick turn signal, hopefully soon.
