No sync options available

so after looking for the battery drain issue, pulling the fuse F67 for the audio and replacing it, since doing so i have completely lost the ability to use ford sync, so when i press PHONE button it just mutes the audio, and when i press SETTINGS my only options are now time and date settings.

Zero Faults found using FordScan
i have replaced the bluetooth module twice
check the fuse F67

can anyone please shed some light on this issue, thank you.

I would disconnect the battery for 10 mins & reconnect letting all modules to reset
