New to forscan. I was able to get forscan to connect to our 2023 Ford Maverick Hybrid properly. I went into brake service mode and followed the instructions, EPB off, in park, service brake off. I've tried several times and the info screen briefly flashed "check brake system" in red and then quickly the laptop screen reads "service procedure has been interrupted" and quits at 9% on the progress bar. Any ideas what is going on? I need to replace the rear pads and rotors.
