C. Download and install FORScan Lite for Android Independent Edition as the following:

C1. Enable "Install from unknown sources" option in the Android settings

C2. Download the application from our site (link).

C3. Install the application. When you try to run the APK, the Google Play Protection will show a warning that claims that this application was built for older version of Android (that is true) and doesn't fit to Google high security requirements (that is not true). It will offer to refuse the installation. You need to be persistent at this stage and select "More options" first, then "Install anyway".

C4. Enter the Activation code. We recommend to copy & paste, to avoid typos.
Hi, I have followed the above steps, got my transaction ID, installed FORScan Lite 1.5.27.3 for Android (Core 2.3.66) Independent Edition.
I am copy-pasting tranID and it gives me message that its not correct.

WHat I can do to get help on this?
Thanks in advance,
Pawel
You should use the transaction ID to generate a License (activation code). See the instructions above starting from point B.

oh man, I don't know how, but I've missed that generate Activation code step...
works now
thank You very much for help!

Subsequent to my previous post, I didn't have the GPA number on anything, followed all the prompts, and nothing, contacted a few organisations and eventually received the GPA from Forscan added that in the mix which generated another number and within a couple of hours I had the tablet and my phone working on bothe Bluetooth with the V-Linker OBD11 and Wifi on a Tacklife OBD which was my original one, but getting my phone to work on V-linker took the longest as they don't give full instructions, Once you have the Forscan menu up you ned to scroll down to the bottom to settings , chose Blue Tooth 1, and choose V-gate or V-linker from another menu. Just as well I am patient.

To test my V-linker OBD I downloaded Torque Lite and was not impressed at all, nowhere near as good as Forscan. If your a boyracer it maybe usefull but to look at anything on the engine , forget it. Complete waste of time and space.

Why I didn't have a GPA number I will never know, perhaps they only started issuing them after I bought Lite.

Big thanks to the Forscan staff, you know who you are.

Bueno pues hoy iba a usarlo y ya no funcionaba... Pero ha sido muy fácil, basta con seguir las instrucciones aquí:

https://forscan.org/support/show_conten ... difference

El código de la compra en google play lo he sacado de gmail, es lo bueno de no andar borrando emails viejos.

El programa es súper útil, me ha sacado las castañas del fuego docenas de veces ya.

Así que todo genial, muchas gracias Alex Savin !

so apparently I was using the free version of Lite, although I have a windows license. my Lite was pretty old, so I updated it, but I can't find any order number to do the license conversion, and you're no longer selling licenses so I'm DOA ? I have a 2019 Expedition in my driveway thats throwing a bajillion errors on the dashboard and won't start. I can't seem to get my copy of Forescan for Windows working either but I'll keep trying.

Yep, Google Play doesnt have a record of the purchase. I do have the email and PayPal receipt but none of the numbers in it work to get a license.
