2015 Mazda 3 Key Programming
I don't see an option to perform key FOB programming in my 2015 Mazda 3. Normally I would expect this to show up under a "PATS" option. Is this not supported?

FORscan doesn't program the newer Advanced Keyless Mazda keys...

Hello, I bought a new license forscan. My car is a Mazda CX-5 2.2d AWD 2016. I want to program a spare OEM key, but I do not see the Prats programming option in the service menu. Please inform me.

Look here: https://forscan.org/changes_history.html and see if your vehicle is listed for PATS availability, Starting with 2.3.56! The link you suggested doesn't provide any clear information. I'd like to hear more about Mazda Skyactiv keyless PATS programming. Is it available or not?

If you do not see PATS Programming listed as a service process under the Wrench icon in either the IPC Module(Blade Keys) or in the RFA module(Intelligent Access/Push button start) then PATS is not yet available for this vehicle!izzetguven wrote: Thu Sep 18, 2025 6:21 pm The link you suggested doesn't provide any clear information. I gave you those two links to go through and if this vehicle was not listed in the change logs link as having PATS added from FORScan version 2.3.56 up to 2.3.67 which was just released today, then that was good indication that PATS is not yet available for some of the Mazda model lines!
In fact since Mazda and Ford began divorcing each other from using the same Network Architecture starting in 2015, it is surprising that Mazda vehicles are at all viable in FORScan as a whole from that date!
Key-less PATS has been a problem child in FORScan for many models including many models using Ford Intelligent Access!
Again, if it is not listed as service process it is not available! FORScan team does not waste programming time or space or release a version with a process that cannot be made to work stable!
The FORScan Support link was given so you could ask the Team if they were working on it! It does require a paid license to receive a response for an enquiry like this! The team does not monitor or post much any more!
