Hi Guys,
We want to activate a RVC on a 2017 fiesta with Sync 2.5
We enabled the RVC in the BCM but we are unable to connect with the MSCAN network which hold the ACM module for coding.
We have the OBDLINK EX it already got a factory reset and it's on the latest firmware
Other VCI's we've tried
Maxiflash JVCI
Topdon J2534
Openport 2.0
Unfortunately none of these is able to connect with the ACM module, when we read the vehicle with the original FJDS or FDRS we are able to communicatie with it but these are unable to alter the coding in the ACM module.
Any input would be helpful

Re: Unable connect MSCAN
Are you una ke to connect to any module on ms can?
Your adaptor should be able to do it.
Have you tried connecting to the car without loading a saved profile?

With forscan it's only able to read out the PCM and the BCM, we've tried also without a saved profile.

Do you have a scope you can check the ms network with just to check it?
You may want to try a different version of forscan. Like possibly the previous version.
If that turns up nothing them you could contact forscan themselves using the contact method on the main page and they can advise further.
