2024 f150 wont connect

2024 f150 wont connect
i have a 2024f150 ive tried to connect to with multiple forscan adapters and it keeps telling me unable to connect to the vehicle. has anyone had this issue?

Exactly what adapters have you tried? Screenshots are a huge help.
Have you checked you can connect to other vehicles?
Is the vehicle tuned? Info here https://forscan.org/support/show_conten ... id_vehicle
Do you have the latest FORScan version installed? Having an older version is one of the biggest mistakes made.
