Won’t let me write original values

2025 Ford Explorer ST.

Tried to do the change that allows headlight switch to go to the last setting upon restart.

It did not work for me, so I entered the original number, but when I re-write it, it changes the last digit to a 3, when it was originally a 4.

Also, I tried to do the change that modifies the DRLs to amber. That wouldn’t work, so I changed the two lines back to original.

Now my fog lights won’t come on, and nothing was changed that would affect the fog lights.

Am I screwed.
