Extended License not able to download to FORScan

Hello, I am having an issue with getting the Extended License to a folder where I can get it to load when using the program. I am using a windows based laptop. Connection to truck is not an issue. Anyone able to help? Thank you in advance.

The license doesn't go to a folder. Although it maybe did in the past. Pretty sure you just type the code in when online and click activate now.

Funny enough. The next day I fired everything up again to try and it worked perfectly. Who knows
