PATS programming issue

Hi all,
Bought a car, been really happy with it but it only came with one key. Wanted a spare and have been using this great software to change a few things on the IPC which has worked grand.
Looked easy enough on videos to use the same software to program my new key, bought the extended licence and connected up but had an issue with it saying failed to connect to forscan servers and subsequently then failed to clear the security check.

Im assuming the two are related without know how it all works in the background?
Im on a windows 10 tablet with USB ODB connection and hotspotted to my mobile.

Any recommendations on a different config is appreciated or reasons why the forscan servers would be unreachable.

I think there was an updated version recently, is yours up to date?

Software version showing as 2.3.68 which looks to be the latest for windows devices.
Im going to try it again at the weekend and use my home wifi instead of hotspot and look at running from a different laptop. I think i may have to see about moving the licence key for that one ill check the faqs again.

If you hve valid extended license then use the beta version which can be found in the beta topic which you'll have access to if your a paid member.
