PATS Programming HELP

Hi,

I have a Ford Transit, after battery discharge immobilizer light came on.
I try to learn keys with Forscan PATS programming, I have never had problem with a single ford.

But now whatever I do, erase keys and program, or program keys independently, key counter will always be 0.
2 keys are present, different BCM was tested and programmed, still 0 keys all the time.

Could the Immo ring be bad so it cannot read keys and therefore it wont store it in BCM?

I remember reading a forum post by Forscan that PATS function is limited to one or two vehicles per license.
