problem with BCM PATS in ford transit

I replaced BCM in my Ford Transit and now I need to erase/program BCM with my original keys.
When I try to run BCM PATS it never prompts me with menu for erase/program keys.
After anti-theft period I get two honks but after few minutes, procedure interrupted nothing else.

(WARN) [13:39:31.818] Checking PATS version...
(WARN) [13:39:31.896] Module BCM is in anti-theft protection mode

Forscan latest version and tried latest beta.
Obdlink EX with latest firmware
Ford Transit (Europe) Duratorq Turbo Diesel Common Rail Injection 2.0L 2016

Do you have a paid subscription? It is needed for PATS.

Yes I have paid extended licence.

The strange thing about this is that after numbers of running the BCM PATS service i got once the window asking for next step but when choosing erase/program keys the procedure exited.

I meant online programming to FORD

Its the only way because its a security item, unless you clone the old one and transfer the data, but they need to be exactly the same part number

Well I managed to erase/program keys in Forscan, it took me a lot of patients and time, it is definitely bug unless it an undocumented security feature.
