P081C - Park Input Circuit help

Hello, I need assistance with a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P081C from my 2017 Ford EcoSport 1.0 manual transmission vehicle.
This code indicates an issue with the "Park Input Circuit".


Any help or advice specific to the 1.0L EcoSport manual would be greatly appreciated.
