Problems with ELM 327 Adapter on Ford Tourneo Custom

Hello, I am new to Forscan (2.3.68 on Windows) and have just tried to connect by USB to my 2019 Ford Tourneo Custom with Sync 3 to program Silent Mode for camping. After everything worked fine the first time and I successfully read and deleted the error memory, I am now having problems connecting the ELM 327 (with switch) again after purchasing a license.

When I try to establish a connection, I get numerous errors.

When I then go to the IPMA module to set the “Silent” mode, I get even more errors.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Is the adapter faulty, is the battery voltage too low, or what else could be the cause?

As I said, everything was working fine and without errors before I purchased the license.

Most likely problem is the adapter with switch. Get one of the recommended adapters. The vLinker FS is excellent and reasonably priced.
