The Team Knows about it as per this topic:viewtopic.php?p=106691#p106691 and the thread: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=12478juanfolco wrote: Thu Dec 18, 2025 2:13 pm When installing the last ForScan 2.3.68 for Windows, Windows 11 detects the virus threat PUA:Win32/Packunwan in the installed file: C:\Program Files (x86)\FORScan\FORScan.exe

The team has related in the above thread, how many times they have reported this False Positive by Windows Defender/Security to Microsoft and apparently Microsoft is not interested in responding or working on the problem!
The work around which many members including this member, have used and the method is also related in the above thread, is to make an exception in Windows security so that the FORScan.exe download and installer is ignored, which in my experience also ignores the FORScan.exe program file!
In one of the times I have had this happen, a Search for the actual virus/Trojan returned no results!
Hope that helps?
