PATS and Firmware update issue

2020 Ford Escort issue, when tried to update any module firmware or pats programming I got error messege

Your screen shot shows it’s updated everything with the exception of pats.
It also shows that it failed at the exact second it began checking the adaptor. Are you sure your adaptor is ok and suitable for the task?
