I tried to update firmware in ACM module in my car with FORScan and it failed. I got an error - lack of information about control number from ECU, operation interrupted. As a result I have no audio in my car at all. On radio/media menu there is just message "Audio off"
I have Mustang Mach E GT 2022.
I tried all options of update in Forscan for this module - Normal update option, this module only, recovery (power on/of), recovery (reboot) - but with same message in the end and no effect. Is there anything I could do to fix it?
