2025 F450 Speed Limiter Removal

Imagehey Guys, Trying to remove Vmax on a 2025 F450 does anyone know if the only proper way to remove it with a custom ecu tune or should I be able to change this in forscan with the BCM, ive attached some screen shots to see if anyone else has seen a configuration with these options and if so what should I change it to it seems that the only one that might do it is the adjustable speed limiter (ASL or ISA).
