TSR in Ford Edge 2.7 [2019]

Hello everyone,

I am asking for help with configuring the modules to make TSR (Traffic Sign Recognition) works in a Ford Edge 2.7 2019.

The car previously had standard gauges for the American market, meaning the speedometer was in the center with two LCDs, one on the left and one on the right. Recently, I changed to the FullDigital version (from a Ford Galaxy) it was adapted and programmed for my Ford and all features works. But now I would also like to enable traffic sign recognition.

It seems that everything I enabled in the configuration - there are no errors from the modules - IPMA calibration has been performed - a menu option regarding sign reading appeared in the Driver assistant - and on the screen to the right there are two spots (dark dots) where the detected speed limits should appear. I also confirmed the compatibility of the IPMA camera model (KT4T-19H406-CE).

Despite all of this, no signs are detected while driving.
But maybe I missed something. Besides IPC and IPMA, is there any other module that needs to be programmed?
I went through many topics form this forum and also fb groups but I didn't found any answer.

Maybe someone could share his/her IPMA, IPA *.ab files from working TSR vehicle?

I would be grateful for any help or suggestions.

Whats the software version that you are running? IIRC the speed signs were removed from the 2019+ firmware, at least in the US.

Ok, more or less I know where the problem is.
It looks like the Region configuration is not equal for all three modules: IPC, APIM, and IMPA. For the first two, I was able to set the Region to PL, but for IMPA it is somehow blocked — any attempt to change this value ends up in failure.
Do you have any suggestions on what I can do? I was thinking about downgrading the IMPA module, but I’m not sure if it’s safe or if it will fix the issue.

I think the IPMA fw has to be european. I have the same issue with the same part number. Now looking for EU calibration files.

With a help of a friend I was able to get the calibration files for EU Edge (Vignale). It has the same names, SBL, Strategy and Calibration). So it looks like we have the same firmware. However I can't change the region as well. Maybe it's possible only with UCDS?

I tried to code it by asbuilt (maybe region change depends on other parameter). Found european coding but it doesn't contain 706-04-XXX section at all.
