Hello everyone,
I'm retrofitting Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) to a 2019 Ford C-MAX (Mk3.5 platform, manual transmission). I've already modified the ASBUILT parameters in the Central Configuration with the following values: #23-03, #96-02, #97-02, and #224-02.
However, I'm stuck with the following errors (DTCs):
• CCMii (Radar): U0300:55-64 (Software Incompatibility).
• ABS: U2300:51-2B (Central Configuration - Not Programmed).
• Radar Model: F1FT-9G768-AD.
• CCMii As-Built Data: * 764-01-01: 040A 0000 027D.
• 764-01-02: 0016 F.
I've tried resetting both the CCMii module and the ABS, but the errors persist.
I also read that flashing the CCMii firmware might help, but this message appeared, so I canceled.
(Module firmware update
The following modules have the same part number; they probably need to be programmed together: BCM)
I don't quite understand what this message means and what the risks are.
Regards.
CCMii programming, error.
Re: CCMii programming, error.
I suppose your problem is related to radar internal software so you need to check out this, the Focus mk3 and the C-Max mk2 (2011-2014) use an additional module behind the glove box.i had the same DTC when I retrofitted mine since the radar came from a different car so i have to replace it because the second generation of radars can’t be upgraded to the first generation software AG9N-9G853-AB/BB,i have already answered you in the other forum thinking that the issue is related to the ABS,it’s possible that your radar has been updated with different software, the second generation radar modules are interchangeable, you have verify the right software if it is not the case you need to update it to FF3.5 or Kuga mk2.

Re: CCMii programming, error.
Hi Ghano, I've asked in this forum because I can't find a solution after taking the car to three different workshops and to Ford, and they all say they "don't know" or, I think, they don't want to know.
When you say I've verified the correct software, are you referring to these radar files?
Part Number: F1FT-9G768-AD
Calibration Level: F1FT-9G768-AD
Hardware Version: BE9T-14F089-AC
Secondary Starter Loader: AE9T-14D051-AA
Strategy (CAN, F188): F1FT-14D049-AC
Strategy (CAN, F120): F1FT-14G012-AC
Well, from your point of view, and so as not to bother you again, the only solution is to update the radar software. Can this be done with Forscan or do I need other software? Thanks for your time.

Don’t waste your time with Ford dealers, they will not Yelp you at least officially, from what i see the radar software seems ok,can you post the BCM part number, software and calibration level?

Re: CCMii programming, error.
As I know some features can’t be added to basic BCM’s such as BLIS,keyless start, you need to have higt level BCM’s Titanium (from FF) I can’t tell if the ACC is concerned with this or not, some peuple have reported compatibility issue with some PCM’s ,for some reason people have replaced the ABS module in their Mondeo’s mk3.5/4 to make it work, others have to update the BCM.PCM and ABS to have it work, all seems ok in your case the only thing you need to check again is the configuration,if at least one them is incorrectly choosen this could generate DTC’s

Re: CCMii programming, error.
I dont know about FF3 and Cmax 2 lift but for FF3/C-Max pre lift we have access to Car Central Configuration witch make it easier to configurate, you need to verify step by step what have you activated for ACC as mentionned in the other forum.as i remember there is 4 options
ACC
ASL
Forword alerte
Breaking by mitigation
I have replaced my rear ABS sensors to add Active Pak Assist befor retrofiting ACC but it seems it’s not nécessary.
