I just purchased a one-year license for Forscan. I received the forum invitation code and the Forscan activation code, but it requires Forscan version 2.3.62 or higher to be installed. Could you please tell me where I can download the latest version?

The Latest stable version can be found at the FORScan Main site under the FORScan "Products" heading: https://forscan.org/download.html

I was told there are newer versions like 2.4.18, but I'm currently using version 2.3.68. I'll continue using this version until I master its Forscan functions.
I'd like to take this opportunity to ask if it's possible to install a new steering rack (PSCM) on a 2019 Ford Ranger using the Forscan tool. The original rack doesn't communicate with the scanner, but the new one does, and the steering wheel turns smoothly.

FORScan may be able to program a new PSCM. Only the 2.4.xx versions can do that with a paid extended license. The current version is 2.4 21.
