Licence change?

Hi
Many years ago I paid a one off fee for lifetime licence
I have never had any problem with keys, pats, as built etc.
But after my last update I tried to code a HIVAC panel to be told I needed an extended licence.
Now I thought I already had this and have never been asked before, could my last update have changed this?
As the laptop is running win7 pro, should it be easy to add an extended licence , as I tried last night but couldn’t open the download sent back to me when I applied

As long as you didn't change laptop machine it should still work.
