Access to IQA learning.

Post by Blazonry »

I have a 2013 Ford f550 with a 6.7 diesel. I just changed a couple fuel injectors, number 1 and 2 specifically. I have followed all the instructions and watched numerous videos. Seems straight forward. However, I have downloaded the software, using a OBDLink EX. I purchased the full extended license. When I connect my truck, the option for the injectors is not present. I'm looking for "fuel injector correction factor option" at the spanner/wrench icon. Nothing there! Any help would be great! Thanks

You don't say which version of FORScan you are using. You may have to use version 2.4.21.

Says it's, 2.3.69. I downloaded this software as it claimed it was most recent. Went to forscan website and cannot find a newer version.

2.3.69 is the current standard version. 2.4.21 is the current "beta" version with the same functionality as 2.3.69 with the additional feature of being able to program modules and maybe do what you need. It is available for download in the Beta testing - private forum, first post.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have since downloaded the correct version of FORscan v2.4.21 beta. I am still at a loss. Vehicle is connected via USB to the laptop and verified. Still no options for "fuel injector correction factors". I do have the option for "reset pilot injection quality learned values". I have since completed this step numerous times. I have spoke to numerous individuals that say I need to specifically add each injector serial number to the corresponding cylinder. Still no luck here. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Please ignore the previous post. I have since watched numerous videos again. Noticed that they are using version 2.4.21 beta. Now I have what I need.
