Extended License defaults to standard in approx 60 days

I have noticed this on more than one occasion and want to know what the fix may be. Have paid for extended license more than once.
Not being sure when i had paid for the license I assumed it had expired.

Fast forward to today Feb 2. Paid for extended version on October 11. Forscan once again states that I have a standard version even though it had been an Extended version.

What is happening and what is the resolution?

This may sound like a moot point but Make Sure your computer's date is correct! I can count on both hands and feet the number of times I have seen this happen and I have done it myself!

60 days is the duration of the two month free trial extended license from date of generation not from install. The paid extended license is for one year(12 Months) from date of purchase and not from date of install!

If you just updated to the latest version 2.3.69 or 2.4.21 the activation may have deactivated and may need to be reactivated or may reactivate on restart(Had this happen on an old Dell running XP SP 3)!
If you have the Activation Code handy just reinstall it,!

Paid date was Oct 11. 60 days was only a guess.

This has happened several times over the years. The first version I paid for was to be a lifetime subscription. That also defaulted to the Standard version.

I do have the activation code from the last go around.
