Dear Ford mates,
What I need to achieve is BCMii module configuration at Ford C-MAX II (2012) to disable low beam outage (after replacing bulbs with LEDs). But the service procedure stops directly after start without any explicit error in log. (So it shows "reading data from ECU" and after 30-40 ms "service procedure has been interrupted".)
Without problems I can start central configuration (SBL BV6N-14C097-AC loaded), but there are no relevant settings for me. There are no DTC errors, the voltage is OK, the adapter is vLinker FS, I work with the paid extended license for Windows with the newest FORScan (release and beta).
For the IPC module, I could carry out the configuration (disable low beam outage) seamlessly. Why not for BCMii as well?
(I also wrote an e-mail to FORScan support, because it may be a bug. I will let you konw if it is the case.)
Thank you very much in advance.

Re: Service procedure interrupted right after start with BCMii at Ford C-MAX II
You need a good internet connection to do this.

I was connected via a 5G mobile network during the process...
Re: Service procedure interrupted right after start with BCMii at Ford C-MAX II
I just got a reply from support:
Just a few minutes before I read e-mail, I also had concluded that it could be a problem with security access and not allowed programming session. So it seems to be something beyond FORScan possibilities. Surprising is that there are no other users with similar experience...Very weird, this BCM contains only 1 block and it throws a Security Access error when FORScan tries to read it (not write, just read). This is quite unusual behavior. We will try to analyze it further.

FORScan prepared a test build with a fix for this issue. It works now, so I hope in nearest beta/release everyone else can make use of it.
