Ford Fiesta 2014 - Keyless entry works, but remote buttons and new key programming failed.

​"Hi everyone, I need help with my 2014 Ford Fiesta 1.0L Ecoboost.
​Currently, I have one remote key. A strange thing is happening: the keyless button on my door handle works perfectly, but the lock/unlock buttons on the remote do not respond at all.
​I went to the Ford Service Center to get a new spare key, but the technicians could not program the new remote to my car. They didn't know the exact cause and gave up.
​If the door handle button still works but the remote buttons and the new key programming fail, what could be the problem? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!"

Check every fuse in the car first. Every one of them.

I have checked and replaced all the fuses, but I'm still getting DTC RFA U0001:00-08.
