2012 focus Pcm Bcm replacement programming steps

Hello all! I have a 2012 ford focus se with the 2.0 and and having a hell of a time figuring out the correct sequence of events needed too get this replacement pcm and bcm programmed too this vehicle. no matter what ive done, it will not allow me security access. I started by making a backup of both modules as built data. then replaced the bcm first. then configured the bcm with its as built data then did the CEI lock config. i then tried module init then pats programming. and have tried much more all for not but wasted time unless accepting it as the learning curve. So if someone could be as so kind as too give me a direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time for your time and help, im pulling my hair out!

i am still in this hell hole of a basket case with no forseeable positive outcome. I replaced the relay board on the bcm in desperation to solve one of the issues which it did. when ids or forscan would tell me too cycle the key the stuck relay would not allow this. I have the original ecm and bcm in it. and it will not let me have security access to do pats procedures. any ideas?
