FORD ST FOCUS 2015 FAULT CODE P060C,00D0

Hi ford focus not start or run P060C code set
Meaning I think =internalcontrol module proccesor fault ?
If the pcm cannot be repaired
Is it possible to fit S/H pcm and program with FORSCAN ( the vehicle is fitted wih Keyless entry
Ihave seen on Google search pats can be reset and keys programmed with forscan on 2017 year ST focus

BUT I would like some input from the forum is it possible, and proper procedure
I have fitted pcm to older mondeo OK

I checked and Forscan could do the job,could not get ECU repaired .To help on the forum this is the procedure
1 Got 2nd hand ECU same part No etc
2 Downloaded software from old unit to LapTop ( FORSCAN )
3 removed old unit, fitted new ( 2nd unit ) to car
4 Up loaded software that I had saved from car to new ECU
5 Now into module for checking keys etc( as I had keyless entry) you will see PATS programming
6 Look for module initialisation ( as you need to get new module to talk to Immobolliser )
7 you need license from forscan + internet connection
ALL DONE great tool

I thought I would need to program The keys but it told me keys already progmmed
