Help - 2018 Mustang Digital IPC Blank Screen

Hello,
​I need help with my 2018 Mustang. Here is the situation:
​Vehicle: 2018 Ford Mustang.
Modifications: I installed Sync 3.4 using CyanLabs.
Problem: A few weeks after the update, my Digital IPC went black.
​Current state:
​The screen has backlight (it glows).
​The sound is OK (chimes and turn signals work).
​Very rarely, I can see the kilometers (km) on the screen, but I never see the needles or the rest of the gauges.
​Firmware versions currently installed:
​F111 (SBL): JR3T-14F094-JA
​F188 (Strategy): JR3T-14C026-LC
​F120 (Strategy): JR3T-14C026-MA
​F124 (Graphics): JR3T-14C088-LB
​F125 (Graphics): JR3T-14C088-MB
​I have already tried to reinstall these firmwares with FORScan, but the screen is still black.
​How can I repair the IPC in your opinion?

Find a pinout diagram for the IPC and verify 12v power and ground. Start there.
