could anyone offer any help here ?
Ive had a 2019 focus in the shop with a failed transmission control module (TCM)
vehicle was stuck in park with can errors P1637:68:F can link ECM/ABS control module Circuit/Network
and U1013:86:2F invalid internal Control Module Monitoring Data Received from TCM.
i've fitted a second hand TCM same part number KX7A-12B565-AB from a 2018 ford focus same spec 1.5 diesel
i used my original saved template of the vehicle to update/change the software in the second hand TCM it updated succesfully
vehicle now drives perfectly, but spanner light is on and only fault code in entire vehicle is within the TCM code U031D software incompatability with parking assist control module A.
ive tried to update the parking module (PAM) but theres no update available
