Hello FORScan Team,

I need your help with my Ford Kuga 2022 (C2 platform).

The car does not start, and there are several configuration and communication errors between BCM, RCM, and GWM modules.

Here is what I have already done:

Verified and matched all As-Built data with Motorcraft (they are identical).

Tested two different GWM modules:

The original one does not detect HVAC and some door modules, and shows more DTCs.

The used one (same As-Built) detects more modules and works more stable.

Updated firmware for several modules (PAM, etc.).

Using FORScan v2.4.19 (Extended License), but PATS Initialization function is missing.

Current errors:

BCM:

U2100:00-8A
B1182:55-8A
C1A56:51-0A
C1A58:51-0A
B1254:51-0A
B1255:51-0A
B10DA:51-0A


RCM:

U2024:51-AF
U2101:00-AF
U2300:55-AF

Additional details:

FORScan version: 2.4.19 (Extended License)

Vehicle: Ford Kuga 2022 (C2 Platform)

Interface: ELS27

GWM: Non-original module currently used (the original causes network detection issues)

Both BCM and RCM have the correct VIN in configuration.

As-Built values are identical to Motorcraft.

Questions:

How can I enable or access PATS Initialization for this vehicle/platform (C2)?

Would an older or newer FORScan version support this?

Could re-flashing or re-initializing BCM ↔ RCM ↔ PCM help to resynchronize modules?

Any guidance on the recommended firmware update order?
