2024 F250 8” to 12” radio

I am in the process of upgrading my radio to the 12” screen. I have installed the extra power and ground and the need harness from the APIM to the new screen. Every thing works but I keep getting these lines across the screen. I have purchased 2 used screens off eBay which I assume are out of wrecked trucks. I am getting damaged screens or is something else causing these lines?
