Excuse my ignorance, but, how do I update?

I purchased the extended license but now I need to update from 2.3.56 to 2.3.70. When I open the program on my laptop it tells me a new version is available, but I don’t know how to update. I looked on the forscan website and did a search, but unless I’m looking in the wrong area, I can’t find anything on it.
