I have used forscan quite a lot but I'm not sure if I'm missing something so would like some help.
When trying to add some keys to a 2020 custom i get this message in the log and have no real options for programming a new key to the system just a message saying there are 2 keys. What am I missing and how do I get round it?

So no idea?
Believe it or not I have already searched for the issue.

Does the ABS show in the initial scan of modules?

I've not checked that, good point, I'll have another look. Why would it be missing and would I fix that?

Small update to say I think the problem is the obd reader I was using, it worked great on my mk7 and had access to everything I needed but on a custom it doesn't seem to have the ability to communicate properly. I tried a slightly better one and had more success so I guess the recommended reader will be my next purchase and I'll go from there.

Thanks for the update. It helps and confirms that many strange problems are due to inferior adapters. This seems to happen more often on newer vehicles.

No problem, I hate it when threads go dead with no resolution. Hopefully it helps someone.
I though I'd be fine with my old reader as it's served me well over the years on a few different vehicles but I know a new one will pay for its self by just programming one key.
