208 FORD GALAXY 2008,2000TDCI .. I need guidance.

Hello. I have a Ford Galaxy 2000 TDCI from 2008 with engine code KLWA. The engine failed and I bought another functional car from the same year but it has engine code QXWB. My question is if I put the right engine on the car that has the failed engine, do I need to make any adjustments???
The KLWA engine has 113 PS
The QXWB engine has 140 HP
I install the engine with the computer …
I have ForScan with a valid license but I am just starting out and I don't know how to work very well with this program.

And can the engine computer be synchronized with the on-board clocks??? If I use ForScan??
