The HVAC module works fine. It's the BCM that I need to restore the firmware on. I'm looking for the calibration files for DC3T-14B476-DA.
Ah, my mistake. I misread that. I know it’s a PITA, but the same kind of data tag with part numbers and software calibration levels should be on the back of the BCM as well. Or, if you have the original vehicle profile, it may still list the original software numbers in it.

You can also try looking here: https://www.motorcraftservice.com/diagn ... goryId=288
I have the part number DC3T-14B476-DA and part kit number DL3T-14C442-BB on the tag. Ford has it as DL3Z-15604-A. All these numbers return with error: file not found.
The BCM was working with the factory calibration (I didn't save the configuration) but while clearing DTCs and programming PATS I did a module installation (in IDS) and it loaded the original calibration firmware (manual AC) and I can't restore the factory one (dual AC) - it changed the calibration level from DA to DB.
The original vehicle As-built files are not useful in this case because I am changing from manual to auto AC. It seems that the CAN files in the firmware need to be changed back to factory but I wasn't able yet to find them (or their names).
Hold up, why were you programming in PATS? Also, you should be able to change the climate control type through central configuration in the BCM. Go to level 2 engineering and search for climate control, then change it from manual to DEATC.

If you need to, we can coordinate a time for a vidya call so I can walk ya through it. Just keep timezones in mind as I assume you’re in the U.S.? With that being said you’re nearly a day behind me depending on where in the U.S. ya may be.

I replaced the BCM module with one that was factory calibrated for DEATC. It worked as soon as I plugged it in, but I had to reset BMS, CEI configuration, PATS key, TPMS, and clear other DTCs that were set in with the change. I made the mistake to perform a PMI in IDS and that loaded the original calibration files onto the new module. I just don't know how to change it back other than finding the correct calibration files and doing a custom firmware upgrade with FORScan. I'm not familiar with level 2 engineering, not sure what that is. Please post some more info on this.

Yeah, I'm 20 hrs behind you, maybe a late evening (your time) could work for a chat. Let me know when you'd be available. Thank you!

I finally got it working. Long story short: first eBay BCM was defective, second eBay BCM is still in transit; first new BCM from local FORD dealership I managed to load on it wrong firmware files; second new BCM from Tasca arrived on time and I took a screenshot of the firmware files names before making any changes Just like the first new BCM, the climate worked but I had problems clearing DTCs (module memory corrupt, module initialization incomplete, etc.). I ended up installing the original BCM back in the truck and downloaded firmware calibration files (the ones I took screenshot of) from FORD. I did a custom firmware upgrade for those files (CAN related files) and everything started working again without problems. It would have been a lot easier (and much cheaper) if I had known the name of the files needed for change at the begining. Now I have two new spare BCMs, but my truck is working. Probably not gonna do any more upgrades, at least for a while... but cooled seats sounds very tempting, LOL!

I congratulate you for your success but recently trying to convert 2013 f150 manual climate to automatic for which I have been able to get to where I need to flash the BCM but finding it difficult to get the file needed to flash the BCM. So if you can help me with it, I would be very glad.

The two VBF file missing on the Forscan download are DL3T-14C408-DA and DL3T-14C636-GB. Can someone please help me download them.
