Hello. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 Android smartphone.
I have a USB ELM327 clone that works in Windows. With a USB OTG cable I connected it to my phone.
With an app called 'USB Host controller' I know it's being detected, so USB host serial drivers are working.
Torque DOES use it when configured and works right.
FORScan, no matter the setting I choose, always returns 'ELM not found' error.
Please take note: I'm not talking about bluetooth but USB cable.
FORScan doesn't work where TORQUE does.
Re: FORScan doesn't work where TORQUE does.
Do you use newest FORScan version on android?
Beginning with version 1.2.2 drivers for serial cables where added to FORScan.
Do you know what USB UART chipset is used in your cable?
