ELM327 Diagnostic Cable

Hi!
i am asking for some advice, my problem is following:
i need to change instrument cluster(speedo stopped working) for my fiesta -04 1.4petrol.
i already bought used cluster from scrap yard, but it needs to be programmed to fit in my car (i just fitted it and car wont start).
so i already downloaded and installed forscan program to my laptop.
now i need to buy an elm327 diagnostic cable.
i dont have bluetooth in my laptop , so would either of these cables work for this cluster programming?
