Prv counter reset on transit mk7 says unsupported

I've changed SCV and completed pump learn and pilot learn on FORScan , however when initiating "reset relief counter " it says 'UNSUPPORTED' but I've seen it said it can do them , I've tried with ignition in all positions and I've tried over 20 times but unsupported keeps coming back .
Is this function available for 2007 transit mk7 2.2 tdci fwd (85ps) ?
Or is there something I should be doing different ?

did you overcome this unsupported problem with counter reset as im getting same thing. cant find a solution anywhere
