Hello, I just installed the latest forscan software on my PC running windows 10 and paired my OBDLink MX to the bluetooth and it shows as connected, but when I try to connect to my 2016 F150 I get a message stating: Unable to identify vehicle, contact developer. Can you please help me out in identifying what my issue is?

Did you send your log files to the contact email address from the website?
That may help to include your vehicle into the database...

Re: Unable to identify vehicle, contact developer
I have the same issue with my 2016 Ford GT350. I've sent my files to the contact@fordscan.org and am awaiting a reply. I'm using the newest version of FORscan 2.3.6 beta for windows. My laptop is using Windows 10 and my adapter is the OBDLink MX wifi. I've also had the same issue on the FORscan Lite iOS app.
The OBDLink software works fine and recognizes my VIN/vehicle without issue. Only the FORscan products will not. I also have installed the Lund performance tune and JLT CAI, no other mods.
