CAN@T READ/ ACCESS ICU

hello all,
I have a mk3 Mondeo 2006 TDCi
so I've got the latest version of forscan on the laptop now 2.3.8 B

Connection to the car.....OK
can bring up data on the PCM in the dashboard of forscan
But has ISSUES with ICU
It just tells me to connect to the car and turn the ignition on

Same issue with the tests
PCM ....OK
IC .....OK
ICU - "the conditions are incorrect"

I'm in a situation where I have to do injector work, but can't!

pls help or update software
